UpSync Version 0.5 Released

Update on November 25th, 2012
This application has been retired, as there are much better solutions available for free; please check out FreeFileSync instead.

Below are the downloads for the setup and the sources for the first official release of UpSync, version 0.5.  As I stated in my previous post, it works properly in Windows XP and Vista, as well as Windows 7.  For a description of the application, and some screenshots, see the previous post.

If you use it, let me know!  I’m interested in any kind of feedback.

Hey, I didn’t know you had a website. Kind of neat. That UpSync thing looks cool. Is that the application you said you made for work? I actually might use it as well for use with my home server.

  2. Jason Carr says:

Good to hear; yeah, I started making it for work and then decided to elaborate on it and put out a more complete product.

  3. jason says:

Anyway to sync wildcards in your tool?

  4. Jason Carr says:

Unfortunately, no, not currently.  Thanks for the suggestion, though; I’ll look into putting that into the next release.

And if you do use it, make sure you get the latest version, version 0.6. :)
