Sometimes the deepest moments with God happen when we stop trying to rush ahead.
“Slower I Go” has become one of my favorite reminders that God is never in a hurry—and maybe I don’t need to be either.
I hope this simple acoustic worship session gives you a few minutes to slow down, breathe, and spend time with Jesus.
If this worship time encouraged you, I’d love to have you subscribe for more live acoustic worship, Scripture-centered songs, and quiet moments in God’s presence.
Thanks for worshiping with me.
Song: “Slower I Go”

Lyrics:
I wanna move slowly
‘Cause this moment is holy
You’re never in a hurry, no, no, no
So why ever would I be?
Search me and know me and prune what You find
The future I made, oh, I leave it behind me
Lord, if it’s You, then it’s perfect in timing
Oh, I wanna have
Slow feet, slow plans
Steadfast in patience
Rid me of my quickness
I’ll be soon to listen
It seems as though the slower I go, the faster I arrive
I love how we’re talking
Just quietly walking
The truest of friendships
The more I know You, oh, the more I wanna have
I wanna have
Slow feet, slow plans
Steadfast in patience
Rid me of my quickness
I’ll be soon to listen
It seems as though the slower I go, the faster I arrive
We’re not in a hurry
No, we’re not in a hurry
No, we’re not in a hurry, no, no, no
We’re not in a hurry
I wanna have
Slow feet, slow plans
Steadfast in patience
Rid me of my quickness
I’ll be soon to listen
Slow feet, slow plans
Steadfast in patience
Rid me of my quickness
I’ll be soon to listen
It seems as though the slower I go, the faster I arrive
It seems as though the slower I go, the faster I arrive
It seems as though the slower I go, the faster I arrive
